Uncle Ben Cares Trust
This is a TrustFund that holds irrevocably the property, capital and income of the Trust
Fund upon trust for public charitable purposes directed wholly towards the following
objects:
- To manage, develop and preserve family resources;
- To support needy learners through education;
- To organize health clinics and camps targeting children and the aged;
…
- To support young mothers and the youth in general with technical
- skills and angel capital to enable them earn a living;
- To advocate for accountable leadership and good governance in society;
- To work with communities for a clean and sustainable environment
- through garbage collection, recycling, landscaping and tree planting; vii
To advocate for clean energy to mitigate against environmental
pollution. or any such other charitable purposes of a public character established solely for the purposes of the promotion of the a fore stated objects of the Trust including but not
limited to environmental conservation, protection and improvement as the Trustees
may from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit (the “Charitable
Purposes”).
The Trust is non-political
